Q. What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with a Jammy Beans purchase, we will make it as convenient as possible for you to return it. We will accept unworn merchandise with a receipt and the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We will issue your refund in the same form of payment in which your order was processed. Please remember, the processing of your refund may take up to five business days. Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a damaged or defective item in transit, save the original packaging, and contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning it. Why am I billed for my exchange order? When an item is returned to us, we process a refund for that item.
